Shuichi Manage subscription

Three ways to pay for Shuichi

Every plan covers all nine tools after the 14 days from first launch. What you made in Shuichi stays on your Mac, paid or not.

Payments go through Creem, the merchant of record: it takes the payment, adds the tax for your country and sends the receipt. Your statement shows CREEM.IO* STORE.

The key shows on the thank-you page. Paste it into Settings › License. It needs Shuichi 0.25.0-beta.7 or later: menu bar item › Check for Updates…

Refunds and cancelling

The first payment of a subscription or a Lifetime purchase is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it: write to hello@shuichi.app. Renewals are not refunded, except as set out in the Refund Policy and where the law requires it: ordinary termination ends with the first term. In Germany, after the first term, you can end your subscription with at most one month’s notice and the unused paid remainder is refunded pro rata by days. Monthly plans can end at the current paid period end. Otherwise, cancellation takes effect at period end without a remainder refund. For another right under local law, write to hello@shuichi.app. Shuichi reminds you before each yearly renewal. In the EU or the UK: withdraw from your purchase here. See also the Terms and the Privacy policy.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Cancel your subscription here. Review your declaration, press Cancel now, then save the receipt with its date and time.

In Shuichi: Settings › License › Manage subscription. Or open creem.io/my-orders/login, enter the email you paid with, and Creem sends a sign-in link from no-reply@creem.io; check spam if it's not there. Creem's email after each payment has a portal link too.
